If a customer has purchased a Package or Membership that includes credits for a service, staff can manually create a booking from the Admin side and apply one of those credits to the booking.
This is helpful when:
A customer asks staff to book on their behalf
You need to apply a credit manually instead of having the customer book online
Before you start
Make sure:
The customer has an active Package or Membership
The Package or Membership includes available credits for the service you’re booking
How to create a booking using a credit
In Swift Admin, go to the Calendar tab
Click on the + New Booking button in the bottom right of the screen
Enter in the Service, Date, and Time
Click on the Create Booking & Proceed button
In the Customers field, type the participants name and select their profile when it appears
In the Bookings panel, either click the Add (+) icon next to the session or the Add All option
In the Receipts section, it will auto populate the rate of the service
Select the Checkout button to proceed
For the Payment Method, select Package or Membership Credit
Click Pay & Apply Changes button to confirm and create the booking
Once applied, the credit will be deducted automatically from the customer’s Package or Membership.
