The Credits tab in a customer's profile provides a detailed breakdown of their available credits, including which services they can be used for, along with a history of credit usage. This section helps staff track credit balances and credit transactions efficiently.

Each credit transaction includes the following key details:
Payment Date: The date on which the credit was deducted from the account.
Booking Date: The date the session is scheduled to take place.
Service Name: The specific service associated with the booking.
Credits Used: The number of credits applied and the package or membership from which they were deducted.
The Activity tab in a customer's profile provides an overview of their memberships, packages, and all bookings, both past and future. This section offers a comprehensive view of a customer's engagement with your services.
Key Features of the Activity Tab:
Memberships and Packages: View any active memberships or packages a customer has, and assign new ones as needed (for more information on assigning packages, click here).
Bookings Section: The Bookings section lists all past and upcoming sessions a participant is registered for. This list is also accessible to the customer through their Swift account.
