The Profile page is where you can review or update your personal information linked to your account.
On this page, you’ll find a few fields to help keep your information up to date:
First Name
Last Name
Email – This is your main contact email and is used for notifications and confirmations
Click into any of the fields you’d like to update.
Enter your new information.
Click Save
Click the Change option above the Email field
Enter your new email address
Click the Continue button to confirm
You’ll receive a verification code in your inbox
Enter the verification code to complete the process
Note: If you’re also a customer at the facility, you cannot use the same email address for your staff profile as your customer profile. Make sure to use a different email address for each profile type to avoid login or access issues.
Keeping your details current helps ensure you receive important updates about your account and any bookings your associated with.
If you ever change your email address, make sure to update it here so you don’t miss any notifications.
