# Rearrange the Room order on the Calendar

Changing the order in which rooms are displayed on the Calendar

If you'd like to change the order in which your rooms appear on the Calendar, you can easily rearrange them from your Room settings:

1.  In Admin, go to **Settings** > **Rooms**  
    ​
    
2.  Under the **Actions** column, click and hold the **Move** (six dots) icon next to the room you want to move.  
    ​
    
3.  Drag and drop the room into your preferred position.
    

The room order is displayed **top to bottom** on the **Rooms** settings page, and this determines how rooms appear **left to right** on the **Calendar** page.
