You can visit the Plan & Billing page by navigating to Settings > Plan & Billing in the Swift Admin dashboard. This is available to the Owner, and Admins and Staff if they have been granted permission to access this page.
To change your plan, upgrade, or downgrade - please reach out to Swift Support and we'll make it happen for you.
To update the card on file for your Swift subscription,
In Swift Admin, go to Settings > Plan & Billing
Click on the "Manage Subscription" button and you will be taken to the Swift payment portal page
Under Payment Methods, you can add a new payment method or delete any expired cards as needed. If you’re adding a new card, make sure to mark it as your default payment card.
To download copies of your Swift Subscription invoice or receipt, this can be done via Settings > Plans and Billing. Once there, you can click on the Manage Subscription button which will open the Stripe payment portal.
Under the Invoice History section, you can click on each invoice which will open the invoice details in a new window where you will see the option to download invoice or download receipt,


This is a great option for seasonal businesses that only need access to Swift during certain times of the year. When your subscription is paused, your data remains safe and secure, so when you're ready to return, everything will be right where you left it.

If you're set on leaving, you can cancel your Swift subscription the following way,
As the Owner or Admin, log into your Swift Admin account
Go to Settings > Plans and Billing
Click on the Manage Subscription button to be taken to the Swift payment portal
Click the Cancel Subscription button in the top right corner
Once you’ve cancelled your Swift subscription, you will continue to have access to Swift Admin until the end of the current billing cycle. The system will automatically deactivate your Swift Admin dashboard and facility’s booking page at the end of the current billing cycle. Remember to export all your customer data and reports before you lose access!
